1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment must be made before ticket issuance.
  • Fares are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the passenger named.

2. Cancellation & Refund

  • Airline cancellation policies apply; service fees may be deducted.
  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within the airline’s stipulated timeframe.
  • No refund for partially used or expired tickets.

3. Changes & Rebooking

  • Date or route changes depend on airline rules and fare type.
  • Rebooking fees and fare differences apply.
  • Name corrections are not permitted after ticket issuance.

4. Baggage Allowance

  • Standard allowance: 2 pieces (checked baggage) as per airline policy.
  • Excess baggage charges apply for overweight or additional items.
  • Passengers must comply with security and customs regulations.

5. Travel Documents

  • Valid passport, visa, and required permits must be presented.
  • The agency is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

6. Flight Schedule & Delays

  • Airlines reserve the right to modify schedules without prior notice.
  • The agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • The agency acts as an intermediary between passenger and airline.
  • Travel insurance is recommended for medical, baggage, and trip cancellation coverage.

8. Conduct & Compliance

  • Passengers must follow airline safety instructions and local laws.
  • Unruly behavior may result in denied boarding or legal action.
